PTS provides a specialist financial protection system for travel businesses, with a Trust Account designed to protect customer payments and provide greater security around eligible bookings.

Mountainspace is a PTS Member

We’re proud to be a member of Protected Trust Services and to offer the additional reassurance that comes with PTS membership.

For eligible bookings, your money is held within the PTS Trust Account rather than being freely accessible to Mountainspace. PTS explains that its trust-account system separates customer funds and uses independent trustees to oversee payments.

This means your money is protected within the PTS arrangements while your trip is being organised.
